Estrella residents already enjoy hiking and biking trails in their neighborhood, and now they have an entire regional park to explore as well. This park is located just outside of the community, not within the community.

Estrella contains a number of daily necessities. Residents don't have to travel far for basic errands.

The Mountain Ranch Marketplace and the Elliot Market are both located in Estrella. Shoppers can buy groceries, eat dinner and do retail shopping at these locations.

HOA fees in Estrella begin at approximately $125 per month. It's less than the average monthly HOA fee in most Goodyear master planned communities.

Your HOA fees go beyond basic landscaping and gate maintenance. There's also lake access, plus free kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, and sailboats. Some villages in Estrella have gated communities, which cost a little more than the others.
