About Dawne Klemke

I moved to Goodyear from Lethbridge, Alberta in July 2014, and this city has been my home ever since. I started my real estate career in June 2017, after years of work in customer service taught me how to listen and solve problems for people. Over these nine years I have helped more than 200 families buy and sell homes across the West Valley and greater Phoenix area. I have walked clients through first home purchases, cross country moves, and growing a rental portfolio, and I have seen how different each of those journeys can be. Living here for over a decade gives me a real feel for the neighborhoods, schools, and market shifts that matter to buyers and sellers in Goodyear.

I hold Arizona Real Estate License #SA672668000 and am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), a designation that sharpens how I advocate for buyers and sellers at the negotiating table. I focus much of my work on VA loans, because I want to give back to the veterans who served our country. I started this business to help people move from where they are to where they want to be, with honest guidance at every step. Too many buyers and sellers feel rushed or left out of the process, so I built my practice around clear communication and quick answers, usually within an hour of a call or message. Through the second quarter of 2026 I have been ranked in the top 2 percent of real estate agents in Arizona. My goal has stayed the same since day one: give clients the knowledge and support they need to make good decisions with confidence.

My husband and I raised two daughters here, and we recently welcomed our granddaughter into the family, so Goodyear is where my whole life is rooted. I also spend time serving local homeless communities and taking part in other community events, because this city has given my family so much.
